Hi, I’m Yohanna

I’m a Latina associate marriage and family therapist who is passionate about walking alongside people on their journeys. I believe therapy should feel human—heart-centered, down to earth, and rooted in trust. My approach is all about connection. I show up as my full self so you can feel safe bringing your full self too.

As someone who values community, I understand how important it is to be seen and heard in a way that honors your culture, identity, and personal experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I’m here to hold space for you with warmth, care, and compassion.

I work with English and Spanish-speaking individuals, couples, and families. But no matter who I’m working with, my focus is always human-centered. That means I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. You’re the expert on your life and I’m here to support, guide, and walk with you as you explore, grow, and heal in ways that feel meaningful to you. My hope is that in our work together, you feel deeply supported and truly seen, not just for where you’ve been, but for where you’re going. Therapy with me is a space for real conversations, gentle reflection, and the kind of connection that helps you come back home to yourself.

Yohanna is a pre-licensed clinician who is supervised by Maria Denardo, LMFT (135016).
